Rachel Faletti Argo, LPC, NCC
Licensed Therapist
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a steady place to land, a space where you don't have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or hold it all together. For me there is nothing that is considered "too much information". My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real‑life practicality. I meet clients where they are, help them make sense of what they are carrying, and work with them to create small, sustainable shifts that fit their lives. I draw from evidence‑based approaches like CBT and person‑centered therapy, but the heart of my work is creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and safe enough to explore what's really going on beneath the surface.
I specialize in working with people who
are juggling a lot. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship
stress, and burnout. My style blends clinical depth with practical tools,
helping you build routines, boundaries, and habits that support your wellbeing
outside the therapy room. Whether you're processing something heavy, trying to
break old patterns, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, my goal
is to walk with you in a way that feels compassionate, empowering, and tailored
to your unique story.
