As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've had the privilege of walking alongside many people through difficult life circumstances and helping them gain confidence and control over the challenges they face. I guide individuals through life's toughest moments and seasons with empathy, insight, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you don't have to filter or explain away who you are. Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are met with genuine curiosity, compassion, and respect. My experience includes working with a wide range of concerns, including substance use, anxiety, anger, life transitions, women's issues, and neurodivergence.

Through Ascend's whole-person care model, I work as part of a connected care team that recognizes the many factors influencing mental and emotional health. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they move toward meaningful change.
