I specialize in anger management, women's issues, and life transitions, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow. What motivates me most is the opportunity to witness healing in action. There is nothing more rewarding than helping individuals break free from their struggles.

My passion lies in guiding you through your personal journey toward resilience, helping you build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. Through Ascend Medical's whole-person care model, I work with your doctor and psychiatrist as a team to support your mental, emotional, and overall health.

Outside of therapy, I find fulfillment in drawing closer to God and serving at my local church. I cherish moments spent with family and friends, as well as losing myself in a good book and soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. Fun fact: I love picking and arranging flower bouquets, bringing nature's beauty into my home feels healing in itself.
