He serves as a Senior Living and Resilience Consultant with Ascend, partnering with assisted living communities committed to a collaborative team centered approach to support the emotional, cognitive, and relational well-being of adults across the lifespan. Bill brings years of experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health support to adults and seniors across varying levels of care. His work in assisted living settings focuses on helping residents navigate life transitions, build resilience, adjust to changes in health, cope with grief and memory concerns, manage family dynamics, and address the emotional impact of aging. His therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and tailored to each resident's needs, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and faith-integrated psychotherapy when requested.
