I believe that with the right support, people can move beyond difficult circumstances and find hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I meet you where you are and create a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I have experience working with adults navigating depression, PTSD, grief and loss, addiction, family and relationship challenges, domestic violence and abuse, trauma, and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). I also work with couples and families to strengthen relationships, rebuild connection, and navigate challenging seasons together.

My goal is to help you feel like you can breathe again and move through life with greater freedom and confidence. Through Ascend Medical's whole-person care approach, I recognize the connection between mental, physical, and emotional well-being and use my experience and cultural awareness to support each person's unique path toward healing.
