Brandy Brock, MA, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides grief and trauma-informed, integrative therapy grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person's lived experience. My work is informed by Relational-Cultural Theory, which emphasizes connection, mutual empathy, and the impact relationships and life experiences have on healing and personal growth.

I have extensive experience in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care and have worked within multidisciplinary settings alongside medical providers to support coordinated, whole-person care. I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, and long-standing emotional or relational patterns. My approach is person-centered and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT-informed interventions, and liberation-focused perspectives, while keeping trauma, grief, and relational context at the center of the therapeutic process.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a writer and advocate with a professional focus on grief, trauma, and emotional healing. I am passionate about fostering thoughtful, accessible conversations around mental health and recovery and helping clients build meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
