I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider with over ten years of experience serving children, individuals, couples, and families. My diverse clinical background includes hospital and pediatric settings, substance use and mental health treatment, community mental health, private practice, crisis intervention, and work with individuals with traumatic brain injuries and developmental disabilities. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, grounded approach and commitment to providing care that is both structured and deeply human.

My therapeutic style goes beyond traditional talk therapy by incorporating art therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and narrative therapy to encourage deeper exploration and insight. I blend these approaches with evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, along with a psychodynamic, integrative, whole-person approach.

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can gain new perspectives, work through emotional patterns, and reconnect with themselves. Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, connection, and lasting personal growth.
