Will you be staying at the same location?
Yes. Our office will remain upstairs in the same farmhouse located in downtown Woodstock, ga. We look forward to expanding into a new development space nearby in the future.
Can I now use my insurance for appointments?
You will still have the option to use insurance for labs costs.
Appointment time and medications will continue to be cash pay.
We are working toward providing you additional insurance options in the future.
Will the cost of appointments change?
No. Costs of medication and provider time will remain unchanged.

Will I see a new/different provider other than Yancey?
No, Yancey will still be the primary provider overseeing your care
However, we are excited to introduce you to additional services and providers as needed for weight loss, primary care, and mental health care providers.
Will appointments be in person or over the phone?
We will continue to offer the option of in-person or virtual visits via phone.
We will also now have technology to conduct face to face telehealth visits as well.
Will I still be able to order supplements on my protocol?
Yes, but we will no longer maintain in office stock, or fulfill supplement order requests from our office.
