Currently, Ascend Medical's virtual care services are available exclusively to residents of Georgia and Texas. Our providers are licensed to offer telehealth services throughout these states.

Our physical clinics in Georgia—located in Atlanta (Old Fourth Ward), Duluth, Athens, and Woodstock—offer a range of services including:

To schedule a house call, begin by booking a virtual consultation here. During this initial visit, our provider will assess your health needs and determine if an in-person visit is necessary. If so, we'll arrange for our clinical team to visit you at your home or office, often on the same day.
