Licensed Therapist

I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported without judgement. My approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client that walks through the door. I believe each person brings their own unique experiences, strengths, challenges and goals into the therapy space, and I strive to create a warm and safe environment where you feel empowered to speak openly, explore difficult emotions, and help clients make sense of them. Rather than taking a "one-size-fits all approach", I work alongside each client to identify what they need from therapy and develop practical, realistic strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for their everyday life.

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with greater self-awareness, self0compassion, ad sense of empowerment. I incorporate evidence-based practices while remaining flexible and responsive to each clients' needs. I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, and I am to balance empathy and validation with gentle challenge when it can help a client grow. Whether a client is navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships issues, or simple feeling stuck, my goal is to help them feel supported while building insight, developing effective coping skills, and moving toward a life that feels manageable, fulfilling, and what matters to them.

Absolutely lovely and professional every step of the way! Warm, friendly, kind, empathetic, and a great listener. I have anxiety with doctors and therapists but I feel so comfortable with everyone at Ascend Medical. Thank you!

I did not know how to explain my problem and the Ascend team called and asked the right questions so I would not feel shame asking for help.
