I am a North Carolina native who trained in Philadelphia and spent a decade in New York City before making my way south to Atlanta. I'm also a mom of two energetic children, ages 5 and 2, who keep life entertaining, busy, and full of perspective. Being American Indian is a deeply important part of my identity and influences how I connect with others, both personally and professionally. I came to medicine for the flexibility, but I stayed for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, especially by supporting and advocating for women through every stage of life. My approach is grounded in whole-person care, recognizing that emotional, physical, social, and cultural factors all play a role in health and well-being. I believe in partnering with patients to understand their unique experiences and goals, helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care.
